Infinity Costa Rica's Fly and Buy Program is a popular way to see Costa Rica real estate up close and in person!

Our program includes ground transportation from the Liberia or San Jose airport in Costa Rica to our participating properties, three nights lodging, meals and return transportation on the fourth day to the airport. For those wishing to extend your visit in the country, you would simply cover all your own additional trip expenses and accommodations.

When you arrive in Costa Rica, you'll be met by our driver who will escort you to one of our participating properties. You'll spend the next four days with our staff enjoying Costa Rican hospitality viewing our stunning properties.

 

Once we've confirmed availability for your accommodations based on your personally requested travel dates, you'll then book and purchase your airfare(s) into one of two International Airports (San Jose or Liberia). Should you purchase one of our participating properties, upon close of escrow, we will credit back to you up to $1,500 for couple or up to $750 for single person. This package can be valued at over $3,000 per couple. This program is offered only to our pre-qualified clients and limited to each Fly & Buy group of five couples. If interested, you will be required to complete an Accommodations Request form.  You will be required to bring a cashier's check, made payable to yourself, in the amount of $5,000.  This check will be used as a deposit should you decide to purchase a property from us in one of our qualified developments.  If you decide that none of our properties are for you, you can return the cashier's check to your bank for full credit.  Note, a copy of your cashier's check must accompany your Accommodations Request Form in order to be processed.
